Pricing questions

Clear answers about plans, seats, limits, billing, and how upgrades work for subcontractors using DelaySolve on live projects.

Is there a free trial on paid plans?

You can create a free account and use the Free plan without a time limit. Pro features unlock when you upgrade your workspace; if you need a time-boxed trial for a larger team evaluation, contact us and we can help.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is a user who can sign in and create or manage delay records in your workspace. View-only access models can be discussed for Enterprise rollouts where you need tighter commercial controls.

What happens if I hit the Free plan limits?

On the Free plan, delay logs and dayworks dockets are capped per month and you are limited to one active project with included seats. If you hit a limit, you can upgrade to Pro for higher project limits and unlimited logs and dockets, or talk to us about Enterprise if you need a bespoke setup.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move between Free and Pro as your workload changes. Enterprise agreements are tailored to your procurement and rollout needs, including seats, projects, and support expectations.

How does billing work for Pro?

Pro is billed as a simple monthly subscription for your workspace. Billing is designed to be predictable for subcontractors running multiple projects, with clear entitlements for projects, seats, and feature access.

What is included in Enterprise pricing?

Enterprise is for larger subcontractors and multi-team rollouts. It typically includes unlimited projects, tailored seat packaging, priority support, rollout assistance, and commercial terms aligned to how your organisation buys software.

Do prices include GST or taxes?

Displayed prices may exclude taxes depending on your region and entity type. Tax treatment is confirmed at checkout or in your order documentation so your accounts team has a clear record.

Can we pay annually instead of monthly?

Annual billing options are available for teams that prefer upfront purchasing and invoice-friendly workflows. Ask when you contact us about Enterprise, or mention it in your enquiry if you are upgrading from Pro.

What payment methods are supported?

Standard card-based checkout is available for self-serve plans. Enterprise customers can use invoicing where agreed as part of the contract setup.

What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?

Your project history remains important commercially. If you downgrade or cancel, access and exports follow the product terms for your plan at the time; for anything sensitive to a claim cycle, export what you need for your records before changing plans.

Start tracking delays properly

Stop relying on scattered notes, missed emails, and incomplete dayworks. Create structured delay records with costs, evidence, and commercially useful documentation in one place.
